Google My Business Dashboard Template
First, here’s what your fancy new dashboard is going to look like when you’re done.
For the sample dashboard, we’re pulling in about 10 locations, each of which we can chart the following:
Dimensions
- Location name
- GMB Location (city)
Metrics
- Total Views
- Website Visits
- Phone Calls
- Direction Requests
- Total Actions (sum of visits, calls, an directions)
Considerations
Whether your goal is to track multiple business listings for a single company OR to track all your clients locations in one place, this is a great solution to having fast access to data. Google does not provide these rolled-up views so we need to create them ourselves!
How to Build Your GMB Dashboard
Step 1: Log into You Google Account Claim Business Listings (Free)
Request ownership of all the GMB listings for which you want to report all from a single google account which you have access to. This should be obvious but in case it’s not, you’ll need to claim all the business listings first so that you have permission to access the data. Not sure how, click here for the google help doc.
Step 2: Grab Our DataStudio Template (Free)
Google Data Studio is a great free tool which lets you create all kind of reports and dashboards. In this tutorial, we used SuperMetrics to connect Google Data Studio and our Google My Business account. They offer a free trial for LDS readers but eventually you’ll want to sign up here for the best deal, it’s pretty cheap.

I used a FREE GMB Connector called Jepto , however it doesn’t seem to have the option to connect multiple GMBs (aka locations) it will only allow one at a time. Do you have a solution to this?
